All vehicles come with a standard 3 month warranty.

£500.00 per claim on unlimited claims. If a discount is given on any vehicle a warranty may not apply and will be sold as seen.

Clients on receipt of a vehicle must beforehand fully complete the V5 registration document or where applicable V62.

Vehicles must be purchased through payment by cash, bankers draft, debit or credit card. Chip and Pin only. When deposits are taken to secure the purchase of any of our vehicles, the remaining payment must be paid within 3 working days there after, unless otherwise agreed by the vendor. Deposits are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for checking vehicles are of a satisfactory quality before driving them away. As mentioned in trading standards guide 2007: 'buyers cannot expect legal remedy where goods have faults that they knew about before the sale or that should have been evident on reasonable inspection.'

Subsiduary elements such as spare keys or locking wheel nuts, Sat Navigations, CD players, Stereos, A/C are NOT covered under our sales conditions and customers must check that they are satisfied with these before purchasing of any car.

We will not be responsible for the legal consequences of you entering into contracts with third parties and we do not accept liability for any loss, damage or costs.

All vehicles sold are provided with a standard three month cover. These warranties are covered by an independent warranty company and any claims must be made through them. Customers may find information on their warranty cover within their 'sales pack' which include a booklet on the warranty. The three month warranty covers engine and gear box only.

We do encourage customers to take a twelve month warranty which covers: Engine, gearbox, differentials, drive shafts, brakes, steering, suspension, bearings, cooling system, ventilation, ecu, electrics, fuel system, air conditioning, locks, seals, casings.

If discount is given on any screen price then a warranty may NOT be applicable. Buyers will be informed of this at time of purchase. If no warranty is given due to a discount purchasers can buy a warranty direct from us at trade price.
